Is the hygoplast® biodegradable?
A. No plastic is biodegradable. The EMPA test results show the
requirements of the Materials Regulations which are in force have been met.
Therefore the label inscription "No harmful substances result from destruction"
is printed on our boxes.

Will any germs contained on the surface of the used roll of hygoplast®
contaminate the user?
A. No, for the following reasons: The used sleeve is wound up in a
roll and any germs are confined to that roll. The used roll of hygoplast®
is enclosed in a separate, isolated chamber, to prevent the germs from migrating onto the
seat and/or to the fresh roll of hygoplast®.

A. Yes. We have very strong patents covering 60 countries,
including the United States, Canada and Japan.

Has hygolet ® been thoroughly tested prior to introduction to
the U.S. market?
A. Yes. Extensive testing and research has been conducted to determine the
behavior of germs.
